To accelerate and automate our data collection process, we developed a Monitor Bot that works as the entry point of our scraping system.
This bot is directly connected to a shared spreadsheet (Google Sheets or similar), where we simply provide a list of product references. Once access is granted, the bot continuously monitors the spreadsheet for new entries.
